I have had the privilege of co-directing and producing numerous small to medium-budget film clips, both for the band Ivey and other artists. In this capacity, I have often been part of the film clip process from the very beginning, engaging in concept sketches, storyboards, location scouting, and the production phase. These projects see me collaborating with various creatives, including stylists, hair and makeup artists, directors, lighting teams, and DP's, to ensure a cohesive and visually compelling outcome. I take great pleasure in overseeing the entire journey, from initial ideas to the realization of the final product.
LYRIC VIDEOS
I've crafted several simple lyric videos, utilising Adobe Premiere to bring lyrical narratives to life, like this video for The Sunday Estate. My passion for creativity drives me to play with various effects, employing a trial-and-error approach to achieve unique visual experiences. I enjoy repurposing old footage, transforming it into compelling background visuals that complement the lyrical content. The process serves as not just a creative outlet but also a learning opportunity, allowing me to experiment with new tricks and features within the software I'm using.
